The story of Kanan Al Diyafa began through the experience of our founder, Mr. Shawki Emad.
For more than eleven years, he worked directly with pilgrims and visitors in Makkah and Madinah, gaining first-hand insight into their needs, challenges, and expectations.
Through years of serving guests from different countries and cultures, one vision became clear: Pilgrims deserve more than accommodation. They deserve guidance, reassurance, comfort, and a hospitality experience that reflects the significance of their spiritual journey.
